Shipping policy

 

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days.  You will receive the order tracking information for your package once the item has been processed and picked up by the carrier option chosen. Shipping is subject to weight and location. 

 

In store pick up orders, please allow 24 hours before picking up your order.  If you are ordering in a hurry for an event, please email us at offtherackconsignment@comcast.net.

 

Please note:  On a rare occasion, sometimes an item can be out of stock, due to the nature that we only have one of each item.  If an item is not available, we will refund your money for that out of stock item when we ship.   

 

Many orders it will be only $7.99 Flat Rate Shipping.  However, shipping will increase due to larger volume, heavier items, or larger and more awkward items to ship.  The rate will be posted when you checkout.  Only clothing, shoes, bags, jewelry and cosmetics can be shipped. Household items cannot be shipped. In addition, any orders done in large quantity, additional shipping prices may incur, in addition to the posted checkout.
