Please note: We apologize for the short time frame on returns. This is due to the fact that we need to pay the consignors the money that is due to them. Thank You :)
Return Policy For Items Purchased Online and from Live Selling:
Only clothing & shoes are available for returns for a store credit with the exception of swimwear which is non returnable. All other items are final sale, no returns. Tags must be attached, smoke free, no lint or pet hair. In addition any items sold at 50% or more of the original list price and final clearance sale items are non returnable (including shoes and clothing). Refunds on items that are eligible will be given in a store credit which can be used in our Norwell store or on our website.

We will provide a RMA number along with an address to the return center. If returning in person, you may do so at our Norwell location, please make sure you have the original receipt when making your return.
All returns must be postmarked within 5 days from the date that you received your items in the mail.
Any items that were purchased online to be picked up in the store must be returned within 7 days that you made payment. (Example, if you do not pick up your items for 8 days after purchase, they are then non returnable since the 7 days has passed).

Store credit will be issued if returned within 7 days on shoes and clothing only (with the exception of swimwear which is non returnable). All other items are final sale. In addition any items sold at 50% or more of the original list price and final sale/clearance items are non returnable (including shoes and clothing).
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. You will be refunded store credit which can be used in our Norwell store or on our website.
