Types of Appointments
We offer many different kinds of appointments to suit everyone's needs. What is the difference between a Standard appointment and a Lux appointment?
On a Standard appointment, you can bring in any brand (even if it's on the lux list) and mix it up if wanted. Typically you can make 1 appointment each day per household or person.
On a Lux appointment, we ask that you stay to the list of stores and brands on the Lux list. If you have questions about brands not on the list, just ask and let us know before coming in. We couldn't put every item on there. Typically you can make as many per day/week that you need.
Special Appointments - On occasion we will be in need of particular items, when we do, you will see a special appointment added to the appointment choices.
Inside of any type of appointment, there will be all the instructions and any kind of questions you many have. Don't worry, you do not need to copy it all, we set it up so once you make the appointment, a confirmation email will be send to you with that exact information. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please notify us asap.
Customer Online Portal - We have it set up where you can log on at any time to view your account. See how much money you have, your item lists, checks that have been issued, etc. You can even use any money as store credit when shopping online or in store!
