Here is a copy of our drop off slips.  These are used with jewelry, cosmetics, and appointments. Please print this sheet out, fill it out and attach a slip to each pile you have. Example, if you have 10 items on hangers, please just use only one slip taped to the 1st hanger in the bunch (not every hanger).  If you have items in bags, please tape one slip to the inside top of each bag. (If you do not have a printer, you can fill these out in the store when you come.)
